  • Availability of delivery depends on your location, delivery partner availability, and operational hours

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to non-serviceable areas

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather

    • Peak hours or high order volume

Apoorva’s Kitchen shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
4. Delivery Charges

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Being available at the delivery location at the time of delivery

Failure to meet the above may result in delivery delays or order cancellation without refund.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be treated as completed and no refund will be issued

  • Re-delivery, if possible, may incur additional charges

  • Customers are advised to check the order at the time of delivery

  • Any issues such as missing items or incorrect orders should be reported immediately upon delivery

If the order is placed via a third-party delivery platform, their delivery policies and timelines will apply. Apoorva’s Kitchen will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by such platforms.
