• Orders are prepared immediately after confirmation to ensure freshness, which is why cancellations are not permitted.

However, Apoorva’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Item unavailability

• Operational issues

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong item delivered

• Missing item(s) in the order

• Food quality or freshness issues

⚠️ Any issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within a reasonable time after receiving the order, along with valid proof (such as images).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after placing the order

• Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or customer unavailability

• Taste preferences or personal dislikes

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

• Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank and may take 5–7 working days

• Apoorva’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers

5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:

• A replacement item, or

• A partial or full refund, at our discretion

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue and verification.
6. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
If the order is placed through a third-party food delivery platform, their refund and cancellation policies will apply. Apoorva’s Kitchen will not be responsible for refunds processed by such platforms.
