Apoorva’s Kitchen is a cloud kitchen that operates on a delivery-only basis. We do not offer dine-in services. Orders are accepted through our website and/or associated delivery platforms.

In case of cancellation from our side, any payment received will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Apoorva’s Kitchen does not store your card or UPI details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery

• Delivery services may be handled by third-party partners

6. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement

• Orders once placed are generally non-cancellable

• Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Food quality issues reported within a reasonable time

All such requests must be raised immediately upon delivery with valid proof, where applicable.
