• Once an order is placed and prepared, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the food.

2. Order Errors or Wrong Items

• If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately.

• We will either deliver the missing item or issue a refund/replacement for the incorrect item.

3. Quality Concerns

• If you believe the food delivered is not fresh or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out within 1 hour of delivery with details and, if possible, a photo.

• After verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Delivery Issues

• If your order is significantly delayed due to our fault and you no longer wish to accept it, you may request a refund.
